    General Screening Precautions

    • Pay attention to diet three days before screening; avoid excessive intake of greasy, hard-to-digest foods.
    • Rest the day before screening; avoid alcohol and high-fat, high-protein foods.
    • Do not eat after dinner the day before screening to ensure 8-10 hours of fasting for blood tests.
    • Fast (no food or water) on the morning of the screening day. Eat only after completing fasting items (blood draw, abdominal ultrasound).
    • Women should avoid gynecological exams, urine/stool routine tests, and transvaginal ultrasounds during menstruation. For abdominal gynecological ultrasound, bladder filling is required before the exam.
    • Women who are planning pregnancy or are pregnant should avoid X-ray or radiation-based screenings.
    • Women should not wear dresses, pantyhose, bras with metal clasps, or jewelry to avoid affecting radiological screenings.
    • Bring valid identification documents such as ID card, driver's license, or passport on the screening day.

    MRI Screening Safety Precautions

    • MRI screening is strictly prohibited for individuals with pacemakers, neurostimulators, insulin pumps, artificial heart valves, implanted metal objects, or electrophysiological electrodes inside their bodies.
    • Clients with a history of surgery, intrauterine devices (IUDs), fixed dentures, or artificial eyes should inform staff in advance.
    • Metal items brought into the scanning room can be sucked into the machine, posing risks of equipment damage and personal injury. Remove before screening: money, coins, wallets, magnetic cards, umbrellas, backpacks, hearing aids, ear studs, magnetic patches, medicated plasters, hairpins, jewelry, earrings, bras with metal, mobile phones, keys, belts, and other metal items.
