Recently, the Urology Department team at Taikang Xianlin Drum Tower Hospital, Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical School, overcame this clinical hurdle and successfully performed robotic-assisted laparoscopic renal tumor enucleation on two patients. The surgery achieved complete tumor resection while optimally preserving patients’ renal function, marking a new milestone in minimally invasive nephron-sparing surgery at our hospital.
