This technique monitors and adjusts renal pelvic pressure in real‑time while simultaneously fragmenting and removing pus and stones intraoperatively. It prevents infection dissemination triggered by uncontrolled intrapelvic pressure in traditional stone‑removal procedures, and spares patients the burden of passing stone fragments spontaneously after surgery. The surgery was completed successfully, and Ms. Zhang was discharged the next day.
