Policy Notes
1. This insurance product includes online car-hailing liability, where online car-hailing refers to the abbreviation of online booked taxi operation services. The vehicles and drivers must comply with the relevant systems, rules and management measures for online car-hailing formulated by the local transportation department, and the nature of the vehicles shall be operating vehicles.
2. The journey delay liability and baggage delay liability in the Additional Personal Travel Inconvenience Insurance Clauses do not cover the circumstances where the insured's flight ticket purchase time (or ticket change time) is within 48 hours before the originally scheduled departure time, nor do they cover the circumstances where the flight delay is notified or announced in advance before the scheduled departure date of the flight. After the occurrence of an insurance incident, the insured must report to the insurer within 30 days. For reports made 30 days or more later, which result in the insurer being unable to verify the authenticity of the insurance incident, the insurer shall not make compensation.
3. This product can cover the types of underwriting activities specified in the policy that are conducted within legal and compliant areas.
4. The coverage period for acute disease death under this product is 30 days.
5. The maximum payment period for travel hospitalization allowance under this product is 90 days.
6. For the repatriation of deceased remains under this product, the funeral expenses are limited to 20,000 yuan. The coverage for personal luggage and carry-on items is limited to 1,000 yuan per item or set of items.
7. For journey delay coverage under this product, 300 yuan will be compensated for every 4 hours of delay, with the maximum amount limited to the insured amount. For baggage delay coverage, 500 yuan will be compensated for every 8 hours of delay, with the maximum amount limited to the insured amount.
8. This product can cover the types of underwriting activities specified in the policy that are conducted within legal and compliant areas.
9. Policy Special Agreement Statement: If there is a conflict between the special agreement and the relevant content of the standard clauses applicable to the policy, the special agreement shall prevail; for other matters not covered herein, the standard clauses shall prevail.
10. This product can cover foreign nationals entering the Chinese mainland for activities such as business travel, academic exchanges, visiting studies, 游学 (study tours), exhibitions and participation in exhibitions.
11. For the emergency medical transportation and repatriation coverage provided by this product, it should be noted that: any expenses incurred by self-arrangement without the approval of the rescue organization and expenses from the place of the incident to the hospital are not covered by this insurance.
